Build a 1400 mm metal floor bike stand with CADtsy DXF, SVG, and PDF files for CNC plasma, laser, or waterjet cutting. The stand uses two formed sheet-metal side panels connected by four adjustable-length square-tube spacers.

  • 4 x M6 x 80 mm DIN 912 socket-head cap screws.
  • 4 x M6 ISO 4032 hex nuts.
  • 8 x 6.4 mm DIN 125 flat washers.
  • 4 x 20 x 20 x 2 mm square-tube spacers, cut to suit tire width.

Before Cutting

  • Confirm millimeter units, imported scale, cut and mark layers, kerf, selected thickness, and machine settings.
  • Cut one spacer set and verify tire clearance before preparing all four spacers.
  • Buyer is responsible for bending, assembly, stability testing, surface finishing, and safe use.
